Department of Health Response to legislature on State SB966

Hey Gang, I write this post in haste because after reading through the Bill regarding Human Trafficking and seeing the response from the Florida Department of Health I get really worked up. As a owner of a massage establishment the state with this bill will be putting much more burden on the owners than was originally thought by the State Executive Board of the FSMTA. I was sent this response by our very own “Scott” our State Legislative Chair at the state level. He himself expressed concern over the Department of Health’s response to implementing the bill if and when it is signed into LAW.

Here is the email that was sent to the Senator of Tampa that is sponsoring this bill.
